Some clients have the skills or contacts to save money by doing their own concrete work for the piers used to set the scale on.

Scale Components Delivered

Truck scales are constructed in sections. Most lengths can be delivered in one load because multible sections for concrete decks are lighter than components for steel decks.

Deck Set & Approach Poured

Scale components are set on piers and the deck and approach is poured. Once approach concrete is set, the ramps are added and the scale is activated and certified.
