Overview Acrison’s Model 170 Series Volumetric Feeders are the first range of feeders specifically designed for complete and total product cleanout without the need for disassembly or mechanical changes. These feeders “self-empty” and also feature an innovative discharge port for rapid material emptying when needed—making them ideal for applications where rapid product changeover or near-zero downtime is critical.

Overview Acrison’s ruggedly built Model 1015 Series Volumetric Feeders feature a dissimilar speed, dual auger/agitator metering mechanism in a specially contoured feed chamber. Rotation of the larger “conditioning” agitator produces bi-directional agitation of the product within the feed chamber to ensure positive downward flow of product while simultaneously filling the metering auger with material a consistent state. When permitted to feed until empty, only a minimal amount of residual product will remain in the feeder.

Model 905-14 Series
Overview Acrison’s Model 905-14 has been specifically designed to meter “strand-type” materials such as fiberglass typically having lengths up to 0.75 inches, even when such products contain a small percentage of moisture.
Features/Benefits Uniquely Configured Metering Conveyor Belt Feeder maintains a specific pile depth and width on Metering Conveyor Belt producing a specific volumetric discharge based on the speed of the belt.
